DGM- plant finance- ( pharma exp only)  We have urgent opening in one of our Us base MNC in pharma company, based at Visakhapatnam location  Position: DGM Finance ( Plant finance)  Qualification : CA  Experience: 10-15 years  CTC: 24-27 Lacs PA  - Monthly LBE update and fulfill forecasting requirements.  - Support Plant Finance controller in identifying cost control opportunities and assisting on identified projects for cost reduction  - Head Count Analysis.  - Analysis of Cost Centrewise spends against approved budgets on a monthly basis  Capital Spending Reports  - Drive the Processes to establish Capital Cash flow tracking system and to update the team on weekly Basis.  - Highlighting the team for organized efforts and to strive for accurate LBE reporting  - Co-ordination with various work streams for capital related spending plans.  - Drive the process of Annual Capital Plan and support H.O and Corporate for finalizing the plans.  - Monthly submission of Cash flow reporting to Operations, H.O   - Computation of statement for capitalizing the spending items like Payroll and other spends.  Process Order Costing (Proposed) - Supervisory Role  - Ensure that all Process Orders - Inputs and Output Quantity Checks are done correctly.  - Ensure PO Settlement Run is made in SAP properly.  - Ensure that Work in Process Cycle Run in SAP done properly.  - Co-ordination with Production, Warehouse and procurement, H.O Accounts & Corporate Teams  - Ensure proper submission of WD-3 LBE v/s Actual Report and Commentary.  - Ensure proper flow of transactions in SAP and HFM.  - Month GL Scrutiny and co-ordinate with H.O Accounts for necessary actions.  Monthly Product Costing Variance Accounting and Analysis (Proposed) Supervisory Role  - Ensure proper Computations of PPV  - Ensure Proper computations of Usage Variance  - Ensure computation of Overheads efficiency.  - Submission of Commentary and WD+3 report  - Computation of capitalizing the variances as per Corporate Guidelines and policies.  - Co-ordination with Production, Warehouse and procurement, H.O Accounts & Corporate Teams  - Ensure proper flow of transactions in SAP and HFM  LBE / Forecasting works  - Drive the LBE process across site and collect, analyze and report WD-6 LBE report requirements.  - Identifying and highlighting the Risks and Opportunities in the WD-6 report.  - To make critical analysis and prepare commentary preparation for this report.  - Co-ordination with Production, Warehouse and procurement, H.O Accounts & Corporate Teams to achieve the forecasting objectives.  - Ensure proper flow of transactions in SAP and HFM.  Inventory Reporting (Proposed) Supervisory Role  - Ensure Inventory Ageing Report Preparation  - Co-ordination with work streams to highlight the old inventory and controls  - Ensure proper and timely reporting to H.O and Corporate as per the guidelines.  Planning Exercises  - Support all the plan requirements of Site  - Annual Operating Plan.  - Annual Capital Plan.  - Standard Costing.  - Co- ordinating with various work streams for inputs on Planning.  - Arrange meetings with various work streams and co - ordinate with H.O and Corporate for meeting the corporate expectations and getting approval of the Plans.  - Ensure to upload the approved figures in HFM.  - Long Range Planning Process.  Accounting and Auditing Assistance  - Ensure to provide relevant cost related information to Statutory Auditors or Internal auditors or any other auditors appointed by the Company.  - Support H.O for Closing of Annual Accounts  - To implement Corporate Finance Process and SOX Controls relevant to site.  - To adhere USFCPA guidelines.  - Setting up of proper Finance systems as Vizag at it is a green field project.  - To ensure the proper compliance related to IGAAP and also US GAAP relating to site.  - SAP  Pavani 9866557343
