DGM - Plant Accounts - FMCG (10-20 yrs)
Basic responsibilities:
- Plant Control
- Indirect Taxation – Like Excise, Custom, VAT, CST, Local Duties and levies
- ERP
- Costing
Skills Required:
- Principles and practice of local government financial operation
- General accepted accounting principles
- Sales tax and payroll tax laws
- Ability to develop and establish financial policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently, with little supervision.
- Ability to effectively direct and supervise.
- Knowledge of operating and capital budget concepts.
- Ability to analyze financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion.
- Knowledge of personnel policies and procedures.
- Knowledge and ability in the use of a personal computer and software
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions.
- Should not indulge into incorrect acts and report if any integrity related cases are identified
Educational qualifications & Experience:
- CA / ICWA with 10 years of experience as Plant controller, must have worked in an ERP environment.
