Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- Increasing revenue

- Smooth functioning of division.

- Effective utilization of manpower keeping in mind the divisional budgets

- Following up with Existing clients as required by the

- Monitoring all the operational activities and streamlining the Operations for division.

- To ensure tracking of schedules and pre benchmarks of projects and be responsible for smoot

- Team management and identifying poor/ average performers through project / production managers to take corrective actions.

- Collaborate with Producers and production management to forecast overages and identify bottlenecks in the pipeline.

- Giving approvals on all the daily hiring & procurements in agreement with the Chief Creative Director.

- Overseeing inventory management of the division.

- Monitor and analyze monthly & quarterly reports with respect to Project Costs.

- Cost Controlling

- Ensuring that the division meets the Audit Compliance norms.

Work Experience:

Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Hands on Leader.

- Proven maturity and experience in interacting with Senior Management.

- Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of the team.

- Ability to advise line managers on all aspects of people management and development.
