Job Title : DGM_OD/ Organization Development/OD Specialist

Location : Gurgaon

CTC: 32 Lakhs

Role : Build "Collaboration" & "Innovation" within their values as their base behavior through various intervention.

- Use of Technology as Organization enablers to support building a culture of Collaboration & Innovation.

- Organization Effectiveness

- Organization structure design

- Change management

- He/she would be responsible for inculcating and bringing up innovative HR programs, Change management initiatives and Organization Structure redesign.

Education :

- We invite applications from premier B School graduates 2004-2006 Batch (XLRI, SCMHRD, TISS, SIBM, MDI) working with reputed corporate /consulting firms with relevant specialist experience in any of the following areas - OD, Talent Management, Change Management etc.
