Job Title : DGM - NPD & Partnerships - Connectivity Portfolio

KRA's :

- Head the new products design and development for Data & Voice fixed services segment

- This role's primary responsibility is to undertake technology feasibility, partner/vendor selection, work with solution partners to develop PoCs, as well as define, implement and deliver productized solutions for business requirements

- Along with taking the design ownership of mentioned product segments, this role will also provide leadership to specialists in fixed services to deliver service planning and implementation activities

- This role actively collaborates with CS, Finance, Product Marketing, Tech Ops and other relevant functions within company. This role will also have to actively collaborate with external partners

Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

- 10 -15 years experience in product development in a Telco enterprise or at a technology vendor with a telecommunication and fixed line focus

Must have technical / professional qualifications :

- BE

- Domain knowledge in Fixed line and related products

- Powerful influencing / negotiation skills, effective relationship management skills and proven ability to function within a matrix organisation

- Ability to manage in dynamic, high-growth, high-uncertainty environments
