Role purpose - To lead the Mobile Data and Devices product portfolio initiatives and achieve revenue targets by effectively managing existing products & services as well as creating and integrating new products and incorporating product changes
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Manage in-life product performance: revenues, margins, customer acquisitions, customer experience and churn with respect to Mobile Data
- Lead the development, approval, training, and communication processes of new products/product changes in close coordination with various internal functions.
- Develop the marketing strategy for Mobile Data and Devices portfolio and work closely with the Field teams to manage the marketing programs to drive demand for Mobile Data and drive Devices adoption
- Roll out projects, programs and campaigns across all circles related to Mobile Data and Terminals.
- Develops pricing, pricing changes and manages tariff updates in partnership with Technology, Field, Legal & Regulatory teams. Creates formal business cases and product descriptions and work as a facilitator between the various internal organizations to ensure product policy and processes are negotiated, documented, and executed accurately.
- Responsibility for Enterprise business Mobility Devices strategy and go to market activities, as well as rollout to circles.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA from Premier Institute
- 8-12 years of experience
- Experience of sales and Marketing Marketing in B2B businesses
- Sales-oriented marketing leader with experience in enterprise (B2B) marketing, including product/solution marketing experience in the Technology and Service industries Technology,Consulting or telecom industries.
