DGM - Marketing Communications - Telecom/FMCG

Role purpose:

National Marcom head responsible for partnering in conceptualising the marketing communications strategy for the brand including consumer insights for communication as well as new product development, building the brand identity including the guidelines for the various elements, planning and executing the ATL , working closely with the circle teams for planning the and monitoring the BTL activities, employee connect programs, working closely with the Corporate PR team to build positive stories on this new business.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

- Understand Market insights on consumers and competition & use it for suitable market interventions

- Formulate strategies to effectively communicate product program & meet Business Objectives

- Use BTL and ATL to effectively communicate product to target segment through all possible channels (MBO/retail/Online etc) . Develop innovative merchandise to grab customer and trade attention.Keep all POS material up to date based on new product/functionality developments

- Liase with corporate brand and media teams to roll out campaigns as per business objectives and budgets

- Customer adoption of key functionalities

Key performance indicators

- Manage the ATL and BTL spends on the brand within budgets, PR and create measurable visibility and customer pull for the brand

- Robust consumer insights programs that aid communication and product strategy

- Brand guidelines and innovations to make the brand stand out amongst all competing brands in the market as well as internal communications to make it a way of life

Qualifications:

MBA from premier institute with 8 + years of experience in Marcomm.

FMCG industry experience necessary
