We, Careerist Management Consultants, specializing in HR search firm, are looking for a Senior Legal & Compliance professional for a position based at Delhi.

Brief Profile: We are looking for a person with 10- 15 years of experience specifically in legal & compliance.

Four essential points candidate should have practical knowledge of:

- Shop & Establishment Act

- Compliance

- PF

- ESI/ ESC

Candidate has to manage Employee Relation, IR & Labor Law Related Matters, Statutory Compliance & its Regulations under Central/ State Acts like - Employee Compensation Act-1923, Payment of Wages Act-1936, Industrial Employment, managing external workforce, Vendor Management, Auditing the Compliance of Vendors, Inspection under various Labor Laws

- Experience in all facets of Labor Laws and Shop & Establishment act would be mandatory..
