DGM - Learning & Development/Organization Development - FMCG (6-10 yrs)
Leading global food MNC looking for Head-Learning Development & OD at Mumbai Office.
The Incumbent would be the L&D Lead for India & need to work along with the HR head and Business head 's and design & execute developmental plans for all High Potential Talent and also should have exposure to designing and delivering training
Fundamentally be able to independently design the complete architecture of the L&D function including processes and flow of the L&D function and how it's going to contribute to business results
- Collaborate with the corporate HR head and design suitable interventions depending on the business Heads
- Collaborate and deliver training with the Global HR
- The Role is of an Individual contributor with support from Corporate HR team on need basis
Desired Skills and Experience:
We are looking for an L&D professional who is able to work in a complex and dynamic environment. The person needs to be self-initiating, an independent thinker and demonstrate a highly pragmatic style.
- The person should possess the ability to design, implement and execute plans, programs and initiatives across the organization.
- He/she should be able to make quick but well thought out decisions based on assessment of few key facts.
- He/she should be perseverance and able to work in ambiguity and with changing priorities.
- Ability to work and deliver in a high empowered environment.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in L&D and OD required
