DGM - Leadership Development - Conglomerate (10-15 yrs)
- Subject Matter Expertise in developing programs for senior leaders
- Capability to execute the program
- Conceptualise, deliver and roll out programs under the Conglomerate's Leadership University.
- Oversee eLearning
- Design & Deliver Behavioral Managerial Programs
- Support in the development of strategic road map in partnership with the Chairperson
- Identify innovative ways and leverage Technology to deliver the content of development programs.
- Sound fundamental knowledge in L&D and Change Management
- Comprehensive understanding of OD.
Will have 2-3 reportees.
