- Assist in conceptualization, design and delivery of High end L&D Programs by partnering with world class Management Education institutes / vendors

- Support in growing Corporate Learning Center

- Help foster Learning culture in the group

- Support in Change management /OD interventions such as assessment/Development centers for the group.

- Design & Deliver Behavioral Managerial program

Candidate Profile

Candidate should be MBA in HR (2 years full time) from Tier 1 business school(or PHD ) with 8 - 12 years experience in L & D in a reputed organization - FMCG / Manufacturing organization of repute.
