Functional Competencies:  1. Experience in formulating risk based internal audit plan for the year.   2. Expertise in leading and managing Internal Audits.   3. Strong experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Internal Financial Controls (IFC).   4. Implementation of leading practices in areas of Internal Audits, ERM and IFC.   5. Experience in Telecom Industry.   6. Proven ability to manage Internal Audits and related assignments in a co-sourced Internal Audit model.   7. Strong Analytical skills.   8. Excellent presentation & communication skills.  9. Extensive experience in engaging with senior leadership teams.   Key Responsibilities:  1. Manage Internal Audit Partners by effectively reviewing their work and conducting quarterly governance meetings.   2. Manage execution of the IA Plan for the year through the Audit Partners.   3. Build strong relationship with various business unit heads and apprise them on audit related matters, periodically.   4. Assist in managing the Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Financial Controls program for the Company.   5. Drive projects to enhance control environment within the Company.   6. Keep updated on the key changes in the industry.   7. Implement leading practices in areas of IA, ERM and IFC.   8.
