Position : SR Manager / DGM- Information Systems
Location : Gurgaon
Experience : 9-12 Yrs
- Leading a multi country, multi lingual initiative to launch a Smartphone for patient support; Managing a cross-functional team spanned across the globe.
- Innovative e-ways to engage customers, support patients and bring-in process efficiencies for affiliates globally; Identify high impact initiatives and launch them at short time-to-market
- Managing another multi country initiative to develop a Customer invitation and feedback tool; This tool will be used across a variety of platforms including iPad, Blackberry and tablet PCs by sales force.
- Conceptualizing an electronic peer-to-peer network to conduct JAM sessions with key thought leaders - targeted to reach the customers in an Innovative and cost effective manner
- Participated in business planning, business proposal and budgeting, Streamlined vendor negotiation process, IT operating expense, Conceptualized a balanced scorecard for management reporting.
- accountable for total satisfaction of internal customers with management and delivery of business applications and operations support services. The position is responsible for ensuring the effective use of existing IS business applications and to ensure that the functional users achieve maximum benefit from business applications implemented and usage.
- Excellent knowledge of multiple hardware and software platforms is absolutely essential.
- This position requires a thorough knowledge of the business.
- Project Management skill and expertise is must to have.
- Innovative attitude will be helpful to business in adoption of new technologies.
- Must posses very good interpersonal skill for fetching support and cooperation from internal as well as external services providers.

- Coordination of local and global software developer and solution providers.
- Effective liaison with IS shared and dedicated service providers.
- Consistent and efficient interaction with Business leader and influencers.
