- Effective handling of all IR, Personal, HR & administrative activities.

- Mandatory Handling of Unions with unionized workmen.

- Effective liaisoning with Government officials & bodies.

- Handling the wage agreements ( Contract workers & Workers wage agreements ).

- Coordinating the pay roll & time office functions.

- Effective handling of contract labourers.

- Handling of disciplinary proceeds effectively.

- Attending Labour Courts and other Industrial Tribunals for various labour issues.

- Co-ordinate the welfare & safety measures from time to time.

- Telugu language is mandatory

Qualification: MHRM / Any PG in HR

Exp: 15 to 20 yrs exp in Manufacturing Industry
