The individual would be responsible for the following processes at the Corporate level:
- Talent acquisition
- Performance management
- Compensation and benefit
- Talent management system
- HR policies
- HR communications/ HR Information
Education: MBA in Human Resource Management
Professional experience: must have 13+ years of relevant experience in HR
- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
- Result orientation and excellent decision making
- Business orientation
- Process orientation
- In depth understanding of “employee life-cycle”.
