Role and Responsibilities :
Job description :
The job will be responsible for the Business HR responsibilities of the business at the Quess Corp group
Key Responsibilities & Accountability :
- Performance Management.
- Reward & Recognition.
- Specific HR interventions for Business.
- Promotion & C&B processes for the business.
- Training Need Identification for the business.
- Succession Plan for Key Resources
- Responsible for Actions arising out of the Employee Satisfaction Survey for the business.
- Employee Touch Time & Conducting Stay interviews
- Exit Interviews & Analysis
Required Skills / Special Qualifications :
- MBA or equivalent professional degree
- Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator
- Intuitive, Proactive, Collaborative, Leader, Driver, Creative Problem Solver, Analytical, Versatile, and - Thrives Under Pressure- are words that describe you
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time - to deliver results on time and under budget.
- Exposure handling business Partnering roles would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Facilities & staffing Industry will be a big plus

- Travel - 10-15%
