Job Description :

Reporting to : AVP - HR (Aurangabad) and President - HR (Corporate office, Mumbai)

Reportees : 3 - 4 direct reportees.

Employee development for employee strength of close to 2000.

Job Responsibility :

- The Employee Engagement HR, will work with the President - HR (Based at corporate office) and the AVP - HR (Based at Aurangabad) to create an engagement strategy.

- The HR will also work with those responsible for supervisor training to integrate engagement concepts into existing and future supervisor training so that strong supervisors become the primary conduit for increasing engagement.

- The HR will be responsible for the execution and overall communication as it relates to employee engagement initiatives.

- The HR will be responsible for developing a survey process and metrics that will enable our Client to track employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.

- Work with President - HR, AVP - HR and Unit Heads to develop strategies and demonstrable links between engagement and their strategic goals.

- Designing & Ensuring smooth implementation of employee engagement programmes viz., Kaizen Initiative, Quality Awareness Drive, Quality Quiz Competition, Quality Circle Initiative, GMP Audits, Jagruti Group, Quality Jagrukta, Launched 5S, etc. to attain unit objectives as per HR Plan

- Conduct employee focus groups to complement engagement surveys.

- Develop and train the trainer program to enable units to analyze their own data and build action plans.

- Create and/or edit tools, training materials, and resources to help partners and leaders successfully build action plans based on survey results.

- Create an effective communication plan and provide content for various communication vehicles.

- Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement.

- Identify and address issues and solutions related to employee engagement.

- Help Unit Heads determine links between engagement and outcomes such as; turnover, healthcare costs, grievances, student success.

- Work with cross-functional teams to identify unique division/location needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of the employee engagement strategy.

- Manage a professional training and development staff.

- Successfully developing HR/ER plan and activities as per time frame towards achievement of set objectives. Responsible for Employee Benefits and Employee Welfare activities.

Preferred Experience :

- Strong experience working in partnership with leaders and colleagues to drive results. Experience interacting with all levels of management/staff and across organizational lines.

- Experience implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives.

- Excellent influencing, leadership, communication

- Experience presenting to different audiences verbally, in writing and in presentation formats.

- Experience working with detailed information and numerical data and presenting it in a way that is easily understood by people at different levels in the organization.

- Experience with event management.

- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, based on feedback, stakeholder engagement, trend analysis, etc.

- Experience in change management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Age limit : 36 to 42 years

- 16 - 20 years of Experience.
