- Manpower Planning & Recruitment (Middle & senior level recruitment)

- Performance Management

- HR Operations.

Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should be MBA in HR (2 years full time) from a reputed institute.

- Candidate should have 10 - 12 years experience in HR - post MBA (minimum 3 - 4 years in HR Operations).

- Candidate should have handled recruitment at senior level - GMs and above in a large size organization.
