Education - MBA ( HR ) from a Tier 1 MBA Institutes

Level - DGM – Business HR Work Experience

CTC Bracket - Maximum Limit is 30 LPA

Job Profile

Performance Management

- Ensure PMS rollout & process adherence across the HUB

- Ensure all A4 exits / PIP as per the Overall Plans

Employee Engagement

- Own & drive Employee Engagement for the Hub

- Ensure high levels of engagement among employees through various interventions & initiatives in order to drive maximum Business Alignment across all functions in the Organisation.

- Facilitate action-planning sessions based on feedback received in various forums – ECF, Open Houses, Skip Level. Training Programs, etc.

- Build & Implement scalable, standardised & sustainable systems & processes (on-boarding, ISO Audits, etc)

- Drive Philanthropic policy and CSR initiatives for the Hub

Culture Building

- Cultivate the company’s culture – Ensure precedents are set for the company’s values, code of conduct. Ensure that Leadership team leads by example.

- Cascading of all One initiatives

- Build and drive a culture of transparency and trust where employees feel comfortable and empowered to take decisions

- Build RIGHT partnerships with vendors, partners and leverage them to uniformly meet business needs.

- Deploy & cascade HR Policies

Talent Management

- Identify key and critical positions for Middle Management and Leadership team

- Lead and facilitate Talent Management discussions, People Moves, Succession Planning, Career Paths and Development Action Planning for all Top and Valued Talent

- Extend support in identifying a talent pool for critical positions across all SBUs at WEST

Learning and Development

- Understand individual & organizational needs: ensure credibility & internal customer satisfaction through quality & timely delivery of L&D initiatives

- Manage L&D Budgets for the HUB

- Extend support in building People Capability and Data culture and partner with the business in achieving the set productivity norms and deliver the desired results
