DGM - HR Analytics/Recruitment Analytics - IT/Telecom (10-20 yrs)

Organisation is leading Telecom Operator and looking out for experienced person in Recruitment Operations/HR Analytics/ Analytics Framework/Project Management with IT/Telecom Background.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of client Recruitment Operations Programs, Policies and Procedures @ Global Level.

- The Role Holder would be the Lead - Project Manager for all Global Recruitment Operations related projects generated from Corporate. Evaluate regional applicability, gain buy in and priority from regional Recruitment Services teams and manage projects from kick-off through to implementation.

- Liaise with other Regional operations teams to identify opportunities to leverage best practice programs & policies for local applicability. Evaluate customer needs against the value add to the business, global scalability, enterprise-wide applicability, and impact on recruitment metrics.

- Lead communications and change management efforts for all programs, policies and procedures to ensure adoption and compliance by all customer groups within the region.

- Collaborate with Regional Operations teams to facilitate effective cross business Talent Networking / Market Intelligence. Provide guidance on the processes and tools to manage the use of market intelligence information. Facilitate collaboration between business segments in Talent Networking, via career fairs, college recruiting, or other shared sources of networking.

- Establish web based resources for recruiters and managers to access Recruitment operations information and ensure effective communications regarding policy & program updates globally.

- Establish robust change management programs to ensure user adoption of enterprise wide and business segment specific programs and policies. Establish metrics to measure adoption rates and address identified issues to policy compliance.

- Manage end to end recruitment system deployment& enhancement

- Analyze various tools and technologies in the space of Talent Acquisition, constantly monitoring the performance of existing tools and technologies. Gathering information about recent trends in technology hiring and enabling the end users to effectively utilize the new tools and technologies.

- Design process scorecards, metrics and reporting strategies.

- Design Quality check framework, check-list, and quality dashboards for leadership team.

- Define recruiting delivery methods, process performance, metrics and POC for escalations

- By using data analysis/analytics, provide inputs for streamlining the recruitment processes.

- End to end digitization of the hiring process (Recruitment)

- Acting as a change anchor managing cross functional change initiatives within TA.

Candidate Specification:

- Candidate must have good experience in HR Analytics, specifically - Recruitment Analytics.

- He/she should have been involved in defining and setting up Analytics Framework and processes, the HR metrics, reports and trend analysis.

- Identify reporting/ analysis requirements Design templates/ Cubes/ Data Sources/Trends.

- Candidate must have good understanding of HRMS across Talent Acquisition& other HR modules.

- Should have in depth knowledge and experience in project management specifically in developing and implementing programs, policies and procedures @ Global level.

- Experience in communication and change management strategies preferred.

- Must demonstrate strong skills in customer service, problem solving, communication, organization and drive for results.

- Should have very good understanding of Hire to Retire HR processes and best practices in different domains i.e. Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Compensation etc.

- Must have experience in any of HRMS applications like PeopleSoft, Success Factor, Workday etc. Must have hands on experience on MS-Office, MS Projects or any other project management tools

- Business intelligence knowledge would be desired: SAP Business Objects, Pentaho, IBM Cognos, Tableau, Microstrategy etc.

- Experience of coordination with Cross functional teams.

Education:

- Graduate/ Post graduate with a HR specialization Experience: 10+ years with relevant experience in Human Resources. Must have experience working across multiple customer groups in multiple geographies.
