DGM/Head - Banking & Treasury - FMCG/Electronics

Urgent Vacancy for the position of DGM / Head - Banking and Treasury with a Leading Electronics Company

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

- Budgeting, Planning, Controlling and Financial Reporting.

- To develop and drive the strategy for shareholder value creation.

- To lead the annual exercise of preparing the business plan and financial budgets for each business division and the company as a whole.

- Evaluate new business opportunities from the financial perspective and manage cash surpluses in a manner that yields maximum returns.

- Anticipate the financial information requirements of the business and have in place a selection system to deliver required information.

- Implement core internal reporting including all statutory reporting that would help consolidated key business indicators.

- Proactively drive business results throughout the organization by working in tandem with business groups.

- Participate in the business planning process

- Accurate financial reporting and disbursal of financial information within the organization.

- Build strong relationships with the investors/analyst and have the stature and credibility to represent company's views.

- Establish and maintain financial processes that are completely transparent.

- Oversee the preparation of business cases and operating plans that are required to implement the overall stratergy.
