- Driving Sales Team for Revenue Numbers for Vendor and Associate Rating , New Client Acquisitions
- Responsible for driving Collections and Timely Billing of Reports.
- Cost innovation
- Attrition Management
- Process Improvements
- Budgeting / MIS Control
- Exploring New Markets/new products – work jointly with Product and Rating team for Product innovation/quality improvement
- Strong relationship management skills
- Strong contacts at senior levels in Large Corporate.
- Strong Financial Planning and Analysis skills
- Experience in leading sales teams and business development
- Strong independent business sourcing skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications - MBA (Finance/Marketing) from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions
Experience required - 8-10 years plus in Leading sales team in Corporate Sales.
Preferred Industry Background - Consulting & IT/ITES
