Program Design & Management Lead

Role & Responsibility:

- Responsibility for the Program Management and Design to build India's largest consumer app/web product and Intelligence Marketing platform including ecommerce, targeted advertising and payments

- Formulation of design, model and project plan of the intelligence marketing business, including coalition loyalty, consumer engagement, campaigns and analytics

- Own overall program design including program commercials, consumer value proposition

- Responsible for designing program based on best practice and innovations from around the world, competitive benchmarking and consumer insights.

- Responsible for overall program planning and managing the program delivery

- Responsible for on-time, on-budget delivery of all product and program workstreams for the consumer and partner web/app product.

- Detailed documentation and KPIs related to program business requirements and design

- Continuous program improvement, enhancements, based on metrics and consumer feedback

- Delivering strategic thinking and presentations on business, market, opportunities and project on a regular basis

- Leading project planning, monitoring and reviews of all workstreams with management

- Managing reporting on business plans, project implementation tracking, issues, risks, new initiatives to senior executive management stakeholders

- Identifying and driving new opportunities for business growth

- Monitoring of KPIs and identifying issues and recommending solutions / opportunities

REPORTING TO Strategy Head,

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 8 - 10 YEARS

Candidate Qualification and skill sets:

- BE/ BTech and MBA from a premier Tier 1 institute such as IIT/IIM/ ISB/US-IvyLeagues

- Should have at least 6-8 years of experience in program design and project management in consulting and / or e-commerce / mobile apps

- Excellent program management skills with a proven ability to drive multiple cross-functional teams to successful implementation

- Experience in business model and consumer value design for consumer technology cos.

- Proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate and communicate with business partners and internal teams to meet execution goals

- Active user of mobile apps for e-commerce, bookings

- High degree of initiative, personal responsibility and ownership
