POSITION TITLE: DGM/GM - Product Management

BUSINESS UNIT: Product Management

REPORTING TO: EVP - Product Management

LOCATION : Bangalore

Summary: The incumbent would be responsible for Product Development, Management and Product Bench-marking.

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications: Post Graduate, MBA, in Finance, Project Management

Personal Attributes & Competencies: Analytical Skills, Domain Knowledge, Good coordinating skills, Project Management capabilities and Problem Solving

Requirement:

Base Location: Bangalore

Age (Min to Max): 30- 35

Experience (Min to Max): 8-12 Years

Specific Qualification Requirement: Post Graduate, MBA

Specific Skill Sets and Weight age assigned to various skill sets: Prior exposure to IT, Actuarial, Investment, Finance Marketing, Sales, Sales Training, Legal, Operations and Underwriting

Position reports into: EVP - Product Management

% Travel Required in this Position: 10-15%
