Our clients which happens to be a Fortune 400 company is looking for a Deputy General Manager/General Manager - PreSales (Solution Design) for their BFSI team at Hyderabad.   Business Process Services(BPS) is responsible for the delivery of Operations and Services to customers spanning across multiple Financial Services domains including Investment Banking, Investment Management, Retail Banking, Cards and Payments, Commercial Lending and Registrar & Transfer Agency operations.  The Solution Specialist's role is to define the operations solution, wearing the hat of a Delivery Manager during the proposal preparation. The Solution Specialist works closely with the pre-sales team to deliver the proposal to the client, and plays a key role in the success of the pitch made to the client. The Solution Specialist has to ensure that the operations solution proposed is realistic; at the same time attractive to the client in terms of meeting or exceeding the client's goals.  Requirement :   Must have worked for a leading player in the BPO industry for international clients in the BFS domain,with experience both in running operations and carrying out transitions  - Experience in responding to large RFPs (requests for proposals) in the operations domain  Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following:  - Cards & Payments  - Commercial/ Consumer Lending  - Retail Banking  - Investment Management   - Investment Banking  Mortgage :   - Analytical approach and ability to ask the right questions  - Conceptual skills to conceptualize the solution, and capability to work with limited information  - Ability to work with senior stakeholders in delivery, business development, relationship managers and pre-sales  - Strong communication skills to articulate the solution in writing and verbally  - Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Power Point.  Experience :  - Must have 12+ years of total experience, of which at least 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales and solutioning
