DGM/GM - Operations - Healthcare

We are looking for "DGM/GM-Operations" for one of our reputed client based out of Gurgaon.

Experience : 10-12 Years experience with a minimum of 3-5 years as Administrative Head of a business vertical

Qualifications :MBBS/Post graduate preferably with a Diploma in Hospital Administration/Masters in Business Administration

Job Description :

- Thorough understanding of Medical Delivery Systems

- Knowledge of best practices and processes of home care services

- Knowledge and expertise in setting-up of Medical/Support Systems and Processes.

- Knowledge of compliance issues related to hospitals

- Understanding of various quality management systems applicable to healthcare

- Ability to liaise with various stakeholders and BU for effective delivery of services

- Excellent strategic ability and analytical skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational excellence

- Strong commercial inclination to manage vendors
