DGM/GM - MEP - Project/Site Based - Real Estate Industry

Looking for a "DGM/GM- MEP" for one of the leading player in Real Estate industry.

Qualification : B.E./B.tech - Mechanical

Skill Set :

- Expertise in Design, Planning, Execution, Installation and Maintenance of MEP systems

- Operation planning, control and evaluation of MEP Subcontractor's project works performance in compliance with Quality of Works and Contract actual obligations.

- Responsible for Project Management

- Co-ordination with consultant/In-house Team for design of Building MEP system

- Verify the design and ensure delivery of drawings

- Negotiation with Vendors, co-ordination with contractors for Execution of Electro-Mechanical work (i.e. HVAC, Plumbing, Fire-fighting, DG, STP, WTP, Elevators, Electrical & Mechanical works etc.).
