DGM/GM - Legal - Mining

The current opening is with a well known conglomerate into businesses like mining, metals, power, coal, etc for assisting the General Counsel as a GM Legal.

Specific responsibilities shall be :

- To handle documentation, litigation, arbitration.

- Handling of corporate transaction.Conduct due diligence, document, review, closing and post closing activities.

- Drafting of commercial agreements/contracts

- Provide legal assistance to the Business.

Candidate profile :

- LLB with post qualification 8+ years of experience.

- Exposure to Legal correspondence for Mergers, acquisitions in India and Globally would be preferred.

- Knowledge of negotiating and drafting Mining Leases /agreements.

- Should be competent to move up the hierarchical ladder in a short span of time.
