Job Description:  - Works with the Top Management to identify high-potential and High-performance employees and develops career development plan for them. Identifies Key positions and develops and succession plan for each of these.  - Leadership Development, Career and Succession Planning  - Supporting business in manpower forecasting and planning in line with near term and long term business strategy  - Put productivity measures in place and ensure the HR strategy is in line with these productivity guidelines  - Identify training needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers. Also identify internal faculty.   - Develop annual training and development plan for all identified 'essential skills', Roll out training calendar & Schedule training and manage training infrastructure.   - Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to the changes in the work environment.   - Making and maintaining training related details and formats including costs of training programs and keep within budgets in assessing their return on investment.   - Driving Employee Engagement Surveys and ensure proper Action Planning  - Providing advice and counsel to managers regarding employment practices and policies, performance management and talent development  - Creating an exhaustive Employee Value Proposition for the zone & ensure its implementation  - Ensuring that employees are informed inspired and engaged. Lead in creating and implementing key programs like innovation & CSR activities.  - End to end HRIS management  - Grievance / Query management  - Leading performance management programs and support by developing and optimizing processes that reinforce performance  - Promoting employee engagement initiatives, including identifying the drivers of employee engagement and working with the business partners to prioritize engagement and retention initiatives  - Ensuring availability of Internal Talent for taking up Critical roles (through Talent Segmentation, Grooming. Etc.)  - Benchmarking best practices from the industry related to recruitment and tailoring them to organizational needs.   Desired Skills and Experience:  Qualification : MBA-HR from Premier College (Tier1 / Tier 2) - Full Time  Experience : 11- 15 years   - Candidate must be highly creative and unique in approach to implement HR strategies  - Experience working in a fast growing, ambiguous and constantly changing environment  - Demonstrated ability to drive human resource strategies and programs in complex environments at the most senior levels of an organization.  - Experience of developing and implementing a talent management strategy to raise the bar and upgrade capability.  - Ability to set a vision and proven experience of execution.
