Position of - DGM/GM - HR/IR- at Noida with a Chemical/Pharma Industry.

Human Resource Functions: This profiles includes the overall responsibility related to HR/IR, Labor Union Settlement. Handling safety and hazardous safety norms.

- Willing to travel at a plant location to Pan India.

- Candidate should have done MBA from Good Institute.

Experience: 15 - 20 years

CTC: Negotiable

Location: Noida

Designation: DGM - HR/IR

Responsibility :

Manpower Planning:

- Assessment of manpower numbers, budgeting and allocation

Recruitment, Induction, Assessment & Training:

- Orientation program for new entrants, gap analysis, SWOT analysis, self assessment, identify training needs of employees at all level to develop their skills and organizing training (Internal & External) for them as per training calendar and records, Job Certification, Supervisory Development and awareness training program as per standards and policies.

- Policy drafting and implementation as per need of the organization.

Performance Appraisal:

- Implementation of performance management system by providing consultation and feedback from functional Heads.

Safety Issues:

- Responsibility for the maintenance of environment, safety and health in the organization, risk assessment, compliance as per the demand of customer and legal.

- Safety policy, health policy, first aid training, mock drill training, fire fighting training etc.

- Conducting Social Audit

- Complete liaison with Pollution for consent, Electricity board, Petroleum storage Licence, Weight & Measurement licence, Boiler certificate, Packaging licence, District Administration, Police, Municipal Bodies, Trade Licence, Fire NOC, Labour Authorities, Haryana Urban Development Authority, and other Govt deptts at all levels as required.

ESIC : Accident reports, Challans, Returns, compliance, Inspections, overall supervision.

Labour and Court cases :

- Attending labour tribunal, Labour commissioner office, DLC office, LO office for tripartite settlements etc.

IR & Other Functions:

- Implementation of incentive schemes, standing order, disciplinary actions, grievance committee and handling labour issues, long term wage settlement, strike and dispute, formation of works committee, safety committee, machine committee, canteen committee.
