Job Title : DGM/GM - Employee Engagement /Learning & Development - IT
Required for a Leading Global Technology Company, a DGM/GM Operations reporting to the CHRO.
- The ideal incumbent should be a Qualified HR professional (MBA - HR Full Time) with around 15 years of experience, of which at least 7 years in a Technology company, preferably with Global Player looking after Employee Engagement, Learning and Development.
- The person should have at least one full cycle, leadership level experience of having implemented Engagement and L&D initiatives in an organization known for its HR practices.
- Experienced in conceptualizing and deploying various talent programs with demonstrable business outcome.
- Should have experience with deployment of competency frameworks and of deploying L&D initiatives
- Exposure to talent assessment tools, psychometric tests etc would be desirable.
- Ability to manage organizational change, Thought leadership in engagement, learning and development and should have the gravitas to interact with senior members of management team
- Work cross culturally across locations.
