Looking for a position of DGM/GM - Digital Marketing for a TV Network in Mumbai

Job Description:

- This person will oversee consumer-marketing initiatives including both, online-digital marketing initiatives & offline communications, media planning & placement, social media. Prior experience of handling PR, events, and collaborations will be of great value-add. This person will develop objectives, spearhead programs across multiple groups, and develop communications while managing agency execution.

- This person will play a key leadership role in setting our consumer marketing vision. This person will support the conception, execution, and measurement of marketing programs aid Business growth plans and further differentiates the. Consumer offerings are driven by incredible product and creative engagements. A marketer in this role should be able to market our product stories as well as the brand itself, leveraging on digital channels to build brand stories and editorial.

- This person must be able to build a strong credibility and influence with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and internal stakeholders. Finally, this person must be a brand ambassador everywhere and at all times by understanding and effectively communicating our brand's unique selling proposition to audiences of all kinds.

- Develop & oversee execution of distinctive integrated marketing programs across channels to deliver impact via consistent brand experiences across all consumer touch-points (on& offline media, social, PR, in-app/ cross Businesses (up-sell/ cross-sell), etc.)

- Develop distinctive and fully-integrated marketing programs rooted in consumer insights, with customer engagement as a focus

- Create product based marketing, telling our unique product and brand stories through all marketing channels available. Engage consumers in our brand experience, helping drive frequency and cross-category shopping behaviors

- Develop global brand marketing strategies and guidelines for regional execution with the Director of Fossil Marketing

- Create integration across teams (including product design, creative, and agencies) to bring brand stories to life across all consumer touch-points to maximize growth of the brand& meet business goals

Eligibility Criteria:

- Marketing experience

- Post graduate degree in BBA/MBA from premium campuses in India or abroad

- Has managed demand generation and content marketing initiatives

- Experience in a marketing environment that has changing and Media, Travel, Lifestyle and/or On-line News experience is a plus.

- Agency management experience is a plus.

- Experience in a marketing environment that has changing and evolving product. Experience with across digital channels a must!

- Strategic thought leadership needed, integrating marketing science and brand stories

- Solutions orientation with flexibility in campaign management

- Interpersonal skills and leadership - will need to develop relationships and trust with a wide variety of cross functional teams and colleagues

- Experience developing marketing and sales presentations using a variety of PC & MAC applications

- Management experience (3 or more direct reports)

- Able to work across all levels of management

- Skillful & pro-active self-starter

- Ability to collaborate

- Strong presentation and PowerPoint/ Keynote skills
