DGM/GM - Digital Business Operations  Position : DGM / GM - Digital Business Operations   Location : New Delhi  Reporting to : Head - Brand and Digital Marketing  Requirement :  - Be responsible for managing the digital business operations.  - Maintaining and evolving existing customer base.  - Targeting new prospects with an aim of revenue generation.  - Will be responsible for P&L and revenue Management  - To drive the - Know Your Customer- (KYC) process, across products  - Be responsible for driving business by heading the operations for alternate channels  - To lead and manage a large team across the digital business operations function.  - Will be partnering with web-based aggregators, brokers and e-commerce firms to generate revenue.   Candidate Description :   - MBA from a premier institute  - Relevant experience of 8-12 years in managing operations of digital business  - Alternate channels business management experience, preferably in KYC driven services category like telecom, banking, insurance etc.   - Ability to manage large team, drive structured working approach and business excellence across product offerings.
