We have an interesting mandate with one of our esteemed client based in Delhi NCR.   Position: Commercial - Sr.Manager / D.G.M / G.M  Location: Gurgaon   Client: A Leading Telecom MNC   Profile: The Commercial Expert shall be responsible to devise successful business models and to finalize high quality contracts with end Customers, with a view to enhance contract KPIs  - The incumbent will be responsible for commercial management for the entire process cycle, starting from responding to the Commercial opportunity (RFP) till the realization of cash.   Major responsibilities shall include the following:  - Manage and be the main point of contact for all commercial issues of the assigned Customer Account / Accounts   - Work closely with Key Account Departments (KAD) to provide end to end commercial support and drive Contract & Transaction Quality improvement to continuously improve KPIs.  - Preparation of business models, that are efficient, deliverable and profitable, while adhering to processes, rules and regulations.  - Communicate effectively and skillfully with partners and end customers on proposed business models and successfully negotiate contractual terms & conditions with them.  - Finalize good quality contracts through demonstrable negotiation capabilities in challenging commercial situations with customers across the globe.   - Work closely with Solution and Purchase Teams to balance risks between the Sale and Sub-contract / Purchase Contracts signed by the organization.  - Work with Project Management Office (PMO) and Customers during contract execution stage. Raise claims for extra work done by bringing about necessary contract changes.  - Ability to do in-depth risk analysis before finalizing every offer to RFPs, through assessment of embedded risks in RFP and by studying potential customer's market standing, scale of operations and financial capabilities.  - Preferable to have a good Telecom industry knowledge, at Global level.   Desired Profile:  - Experience of 10 years- or more in Commercial domain in Telecom or Software industry.   - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).  - Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple Customer accounts and partners and close the given assignments in a timely manner.  - Ability to work in a team environment.  - Proven success in negotiating with senior functionaries and decision-makers at customers- end.  If you are interested, kindly forward your Updated CV with the following details:  Reason for Change :  Current Location :  Current CTC :   Expected CTC :  Yrs. of Exp :  Notice Period :  Appraisal Cycle :  Rajeev   Executive search Consultants  Mastermind Network
