Circle Operations Lead (DGM/GM) for a Telecom organization

A senior role reporting in to the Circle CTO, with a large Indian Telecom Giant. Will have Cluster Managers reporting in.

6 day working week (Mon - Sat)

Location : Navi Mumbai

Role Profile :

- Ensuring high network uptime by analyzing the faults and identifying root cause.

- Corrective and Preventive maintenance of the Network.

- Ensure maintenance of SLA's for Network availability and MTTR as per set objectives.

- Control no. of faults and MTTR within targets.

- Monitoring Network Availability & improvement of the same

- Manage Network Vendors.

Desired Profile :

- Years of experience : 14-22

- Telecom Industry experience is mandatory

Technical expertise in :

- Networks (Wireless,Transport & Utility) operation, Maintenance and Testing.

- Optical Fiber Cables Operation and Maintenance

- Network Wireless Planning, Design and architecture

- Wireless /Transport network equipment's.

- Opex planning and management.

- Vendor AMC contract management

- Expert knowledge in GSM CDMA & 3G technology
