Circle Lead - RF Planning & Performance - Networks (DGM/GM) -

The opportunity is with a large Indian Telecom giant, with a reporting to the Circle CTO. Will have a team of RF Managers reporting in.

Days of working : Mon - Saturday (6 Days)

Location : Mumbai

Role Description :

- Ensure circles Implement Network quality policies and guidelines/AOP & KPIs are met

- Ensure Implementation of network quality policies and correct O & M practices in circles to maintain good quality network and customer services.

- Managed Services Contract Management and Execution with MS partner

- TRAI/Government agencies co-ordination and conduct of all audits/regulatory compliances

- Preparation & execution of annual network rollout & implementation plans

- Driving network planning across circle

- Proper network utilization through coverage & capacity optimization

- Monitor project to ensure smooth site rollouts as per plan

Desired Profile :

- Overall 14-22 years of experience

- Experience in Telecom industry in Networks in RF planning is mandatory

Technical capabilities :

- Network performance and quality for wireless network

- Network architecture and operations for wireless and wire line network, optimization, drive tests analysis

- Analysis and troubleshooting, OSS, KPIs formulas and audit, network features and parameters

- Strong skillsets on Technology(GSM,CDMA,HSD&3G)

- Planning & Optimization tools for ACP & AFP like TCPU, ATOLL, Optmi, Schema, NASTAR

- Regulatory compliances/TRAI/TERM cell audits
