Currently we are looking for DGM/GM (Only Female Candidates) Brand for one of our Telecom client.  Job Purpose:  To work along with Creative Head to develop Brand Communication Strategy and guide and execute all national and circle ATL. To develop the Brand footprint for new businesses for the organization. To also guide and execute Brand Strategy and Communication on Corporate Product related communication across Post Paid, VAS, Service Delivery and Data.   Job Context & Major Challenges:  The telecom industry is going through major shifts on account of changes in the economic, social and technological landscape of India. While mobile penetration has reached a strong base, the challenge going forward is to increase consumption of data. At present only 20% of all mobile subscribers use data.  At the same time competition cannot be defined merely as other telecom operators but needs to include other internet/ information and entertainment companies.  Given all of the above, it is critical to ensure seamless execution of the brand strategy across communication platforms.   Given tight budgets, intense competitive activity and a fast changing business environment and the fact that the brand is in a transition phase from being a mass market brand to a brand that is more likely to be considered by a progressive set of consumers; it is imperative to strengthen the brand than ever before. The task is to lay out the roadmap for the success of the brand in this dynamic environment and set the building blocks for the next 2-3 yrs.   Principal Accountabilities:  - Accountability Supporting Actions   - National level ATL Communication on the Brand Define and develop a seamless communication strategy for all circle and corporate advertising  - Lead the 4G, digital services and data related advertising campaigns for the year (at least 4 campaigns in a year)  - Develop briefs garnered from consumer insights, develop the communication package across media - TV, Print, OOH, Radio etc.   - Drive execution of the same in conjunction with the media team.   - Monitor performance and impact on the brand.  - Post Paid, VAS, Data, Service Delivery Products Develop the strategy and 360 communication package around the Post Paid business both at the corporate and circle level.
