Position : DGM/GM/AVP- Training & Quality
Location : Thane, Mumbai
Industry : BPO
Experience : 8 -14 years (out of which 5+ years of experience in leadership role in T&Q function. Minimum 5+ years of experience in domestic BPO is must.)
Requirement :
- Should be exposed to six sigma projects & certifications.
- Black belts in this domain would be preferred.
- Exposure in handling large scale manpower & multiple projects is pre-requisite
