Role : DGM / GM / AVP – Human Resources ( Reports in to VP ) of Corporate HR Team.
Requires:
- 14+ years of experience in HR Generalist role preferably from ITES/BPO industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills, Ability to respond positively to changing environment
- Excellent ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem solving skills when making decisions.
- Well versed with the labor laws and regulatory requirements from a people perspective
- Background in employee relations and engagement practices is a must
- Solid understanding of compensation and wage structures prevalent in the local market
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Critical HR activities like Communication, Employee relations, Employee Engagement, targeted retention of critical employees, Rewards & Recognition Program, Redeployment, Career Management, Employee Touch, Attrition Management, New Manager Integration, New Hire Orientation, Coaching & Mentoring of high potentials, etc.
- Formulation and implementation of Performance Appraisal, reward and recognition of employees etc.
