The portfolio of products ranges from network services to managed services   The Global Sales Enablement role will define, create, deliver and drive strategic field sales enablement for the Client Sales and Technical teams across the geographical regions.   Development of enablement plan   - Develop the Global Sales enablement plan that underpins and delivers the client Revenue and EBITDA targets, leveraging the Global Sales frameworks, product & capability roadmaps.  - Collaborate with regional Marketing, Finance, Sales Ops, Senior Sales Leadership, Product & Technical / Solution Architect teams to achieve the right balance of enablement programs for the needs/priorities of the business   - Leverage regional enablement capabilities and return of investment on efforts   - Identify additional regional specific initiatives and projects required to further the Global Sales Organisation's evolution in context of the broader Global strategy   - Working with Senior product leadership and Product Marketing team. Develop detailed enablement requirement forecasts based on the annual product roadmaps   Build enablement plan and content:  - Build out a rolling 12 month regional enablement roadmap with quarterly review points that underpin/delivers regional targets.   - Build and disseminate the enablement content/assets in a coherent and impactful manner that can be managed programmatically and tracked for efficiency via pre-defined delivery success matrices   - Provide the sales teams in the regions with simple but informative dashboards that allows them access to product offering availability details for the various regions as well as vital statistics around regional market size, opportunity, forecasts, industry benchmarks and competitive comparisons by product/solution   - Alignment and integration of enablement plans to client GTM activity   Execution of enablement plan and reporting against performance :  - Track and manage regional enablement offerings & demands across the various field resources   - Provide automated, consistent set of report on enablement activity integrated with opportunity creation aligned in SFDC
