We have an opportunity with one of our leading client into Food & Beverage.   Our client is looking for an excellent leader having 14 - 20 yrs experience in high techno-managerial assignments in application & information System Management, Infrastructure Development, Strategic Planning and Operations.   Role :  Ensure high levels of system and data availability, and minimize ERP system data loss in the event of a disaster.   Reviewing and Managing the completion of all Basis/ABAP team deliverables.  Ensure that ERP application system is operated in accordance with security, environment and all other organizational policies to ensure efficient services operations.  Responsible for new IT initiatives over the entire life-cycle :   Requirements analysis, solution architecture, planning, sourcing, execution and implementation, testing, user acceptance and maintenance.  Business Warehousing :   Support business analysis activities and decision making tasks for effective data analysis and reporting including overall maintenance and support of organization data warehouse.  Provide/arrange necessary training IT team and end users.  Manage and motivate IT staff to continuously deliver their best and support and encourage innovative thinking/problem solving to maintain the service delivery levels expected by the business.   Recruit and promote IT staff as required after appropriate selection and vetting process in consultation with the HR department and with appropriate approvals.  Measure and report on service delivery levels achieved with respect to various services delivered in the IT framework.  Ensure project delivery & release as per schedule.  Undertake activities aimed at building awareness / user knowledge of better utilization of IT resources, technology upgrade benefits i.e. change management etc.  Promoting information technology policy adherence.  Management, control and all support of legacy application system including payroll accounting system / HR application etc.  Improve overall ERP / Legacy system health and up-time metrics   Implementation of ISO / TPM processes and other quality processes  To assist in the preparation of the Capital and Revenue IT Budgets, to monitor all IT expenditure and ensure it is within approve budgets, to certify payments and ensure prompt payment to vendors.   Experience : Project Management, Application Development, Database Administration followed by Manager skill.  Education : M.
