Urgent vacancy for the position of DGM Financial Planning & Analysis with a MNC in Gurgaon

Qualification : CA - 1st Attempt - Mandatory

Key Responsibilities :

Responsible for annual budgeting, financial planning and capital planning processes for the business and owner of the end product.

Responsible for the monthly financial projection submission. Play a key role in the strategic planning and other business planning processes.

Supervise the overall operation of Accounting and ensuring the same as per laid down Accounting Standards under Indian GAAP.

Raising flags to business for revenue and cost saving opportunities.

Compile and review Strategic Plan & Financial Plan Templates, Financial statements and all other financial documents

Improvise from time to time the Operational and Financial information system.

Regular review of financial condition and business process and assess, with proper control measurements.

Prepare ad-hoc reviews and reports as required by various end-users.

Implement Indirect Expense Controls & track trade promotion schemes and dealer rebates

Ensure team members possess the desired knowledge, skills and attitude to effectively perform their job.

Play an active role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of the team

Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance and recommend appropriate rewards and recognition
