DGM - Finance/Financial Controller - CA (10-20 yrs)
Salary range: 18 - 20 LPA
Education : CA
Preferred : Diploma in IFRS / USGAAP
- Conversion of current books as per IFRS accounting
- Ensuring adherence of closing of books of accounts, Finalisation of Accounts (Preparation of Balance sheet, P&L, Notes and Cash Flow as per the prescribed Accounting Standard)
- Develop, Implement and ensure compliance with internal financial & accounting policies and procedures
- Prepare all the supporting information for Statutory audit, Internal and Concurrent audit
- Assist Head-finance with financial reporting as required at board meeting and Annual general Meetings
- Ensuring adherence to various statutory requirements & Compliances relating to Companies Act and other applicable Acts.
