This requirement is with one our BPO client. They are looking for 8+ years of experience in Quality and would have worked in BFSI / F& A domain

Desired Candidates Profile:

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- BlackBelt certification and >2 years of experience in a BlackBelt role.

- Graduate in any discipline and Post graduation (preferred).

- Exposure to working onshore or with onshore clients is desirable.

- Experience in training delivery (Green Belt/Lean training).

- Excellent knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

- Basic project management ability.

- Ability to act as a team lead.

- Ability to mentor/develop subordinates.

- Intermediate customer relationship management skills.

- Basic ability to identify new business opportunities.
