DGM - Operations

Location - Gurgaon

Exp - 10 to 15 years(Post qualification)

Qualification: CA/ICWA/MBA (Must)

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage F&A business spanning singe/multiple clients & towers (O2C, R2R,P2P)

- Manage client engagements /contracts - Operations support for establishing processes, metrics identification and reporting

- Manage relationships with customers at senior management level and ensure customer satisfaction

- Establish & maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators.

- Responsible for tracking & driving all process parameters ‘critical to quality’ for process delivery

- Assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders and managers, including performance management, feedback and training

- Ensure adequate guidance & training of team members to ensure process objectives & customer requirements are met.
