Position: DGM - Electrical & Instrumentation

Experience Required: 15 to 20 years.

Critical / Special Exposure: Must have managed thermal power station of unit size 250 MW or more as Head of E&I Maintenance for at least 5 years

Academic Background:

- Xth - Min 60%

- XIIth - Min 60%

- BE / B.Tech ( Electrical / Instrumentation) - 60% & above

Role of the Position:

- Managing entire Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance of the plant under supervision of O & M Head, while leading the Team for day to day activities.

Specific Accountabilities:

- Maintenance of 2 X 300 MW units along with all plant and machineries under the purview of Electrical and Instrumentation Section.

- Fair control over the Maintenance functions under regulatory environment.

- Business Planning and cost optimization.

- Long term and short term Spares Management/ Inventory control.

- Development of import substitute for optimization of cost.

- Generation of MIS and Maintenance Planning/scheduling.

- Planning for capital overhauling and implementation.

- Preparing & Managing O&M budget.

- CAPEX plans and implementation.

- Leading for preparing SOP's and ensuring implementation of SOP's.

- Inculcating habit of safety in team.
