Responsibilities  - Recruit, train and mentor team; responsibility for appraisal and growth of team members  - Member of the Leadership Team: Contribute to the evolution, definition and implementation of the department strategy  - Responsible for the financial management for the team (Operational Planning, Budget, reporting, Procurement, Service Agreements, PR/PO Process etc.)  - Responsibility to drive, develop and maintain a global service portfolio for client services.  - Responsibility to lead and/or to support international and local projects.  - High intercultural competencies to ensure a close working and relationship model with our IT-partners worldwide (stakeholder management).  - Responsibility to handle new demands and/or critical incidents   - Plan and establish a 24x7 operations team for all Win10 digital workplaces worldwide  Requisites   - Very good background in People management, International Project and Client Management,  - Service Management, Financial Management, Reporting, Contract Management, Quality Management,  - Global Endpoint Management, Client Backbone Infrastructure, Service Delivery,  - Service Operations, ITIL Framework, 2nd & 3rd level support, IT Security, 24x7 operations incl. Inc/Chg/ProbManagement (ITIL),  - UHD Operations, Reporting, Win10 Operations  - Should be well versed with setting up and running of Services from Offshore  - Should have deep understanding of ITIL service operations  - Should have very good experience in some of the client backbone infrastructure tools like SCCM, AD, Packaging, Remote Client Management,  Endpoint Security, Mobility solutions, Client Architecture, UHD Ops  - Hands-on in Team Management, Finance Management and Project Management  - Knowledge of German knowledge would be a plus  - International exposure is mandatory  Education and Experience: - Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent with 15+ years of experience.  - ITIL, MCSA/MCSE, NCSA/NCDA, HP - ASE
