Sitting at Corporate Office and Look after the entire Plant HR activities.   - Proactively leading in conceptualizing and implementation of HR strategies and processes for Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Competency framework, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits.  - Strategic HR - working directly with Senior Leadership of the organization to strategies on critical business success factors through people management. Responsible for continuously assessing the quality and effectiveness and depth of appropriate skills and expertise within the BU to deliver highly effective results.  - Business Partner - building close working partnership with a wide variety of local leadership and business leaders to achieve and meet organizational objectives. Instrumental in developing/implementing programs targeted to advance core business objectives while maximizing employee performance.  - Persuasive communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and an ability to relate to people at any level of management.  - Providing insight into people and organizational issues and skillfully handling of very complex employee relations issues.  - HR Automation, MIS Analysis of HR Metrics/ Dash Board, trends and recommending improvements.  - HR Leadership - Motivate team members to excel in their job and improve performance levels.  - Structured approach to planning and managing budgets, adhering to Audit compliance. Good understanding of statutory compliance and Legal frameworks.  - A keen planner and strategist with proven abilities in addressing problems, resolving performance bottlenecks and achieving desired objectives.  - Ensuring harmonious environment through effective Employee Relations. Streamlining of Employee Welfare activities as & when required (via benchmarking process).  - Keeping a track of all the Statutory Compliance. Reporting complete compliance through online tool. Liaisoning with regulatory authorities.   Desired Candidate Profile:  - 8+ years of exp in Managing Plant HR with Corporate experience in PMS, Goal Setting, HR initiatives, Organisation Design, Policy Formation & Implementation.   - Should be from any manufacturing industry, pharma preferred.  - Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
