Qualifications

- Should be account management or communications background.

- 10 years experience of which at least 5 years should be Manager level and above

- Should have managed large teams and large client base

- Should be able to understand marketing / advertising communication

- Person with agency background, media background or brand management background an added advantage

- Systems oriented person with strong communications background

Job Profile

- To guide and manage a team of 100+

- To ensure timely delivery of client projects

- To ensure quality of delivery

- Trouble shooting, guiding and motivating the team
