Job Description:  - Proactively leading in conceptualizing and implementation of HR strategies and processes for Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Competency framework, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits.   - Strategic HR - working directly with Senior Leadership of the organisation to strategise on critical business success factors through people management.   - Responsible for continuously assessing the quality and effectiveness and depth of appropriate skills and expertise within the BU to deliver highly effective results.  - Business Partner - building close working partnership with a wide variety of local leadership and business leaders to achieve and meet organizational objectives. Instrumental in developing/implementing programs targeted to advance core business objectives while maximizing employee performance.   - Persuasive communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and an ability to relate to people at any level of management.   - Providing insight into people and organizational issues and skillfully handling of very complex employee relations issues.   - HR Automation, MIS Analysis of HR Metrics/ Dash Board, trends and recommending improvements.   - HR Leadership - Motivate team members to excel in their job and improve performance levels.   - Structured approach to planning and managing budgets, adhering to Audit compliances. Good understanding of statutory compliances and Legal frameworks.   - A keen planner and strategist with proven abilities in addressing problems, resolving performance bottlenecks and achieving desired objectives.  - Must have good understanding of Pharma Industry work.  Desired Candidate Profile  - Full Time MBA  - 8+ years of exp in Managing PMS, Goal Setting, HR initiatives, Organisation Design, Policy Formation & Implementation.   - Should be from Pharma Industry (basically one who understand how pharma works).  - Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
